DHAKA, April 18 (Xinhua) -- A three-day fair titled "Occupational Safety and Health Bangladesh" kicked off on Thursday in Bangladesh capital Dhaka to help sector insiders experience the latest editions of innovations in protection and firefighting technology.
The expo is being held in Dhaka's Bashundhara Convention Center.
The fair showcases mainly a wide variety of made-in-China apparatus and equipment, as well as delivering the message of fire safety in homes and offices.
Bangladesh Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Foundation, a development organization, organized the fair in wake of a pair of major fire incidents in capital Dhaka that shook the nation.
