DPRK top leader to visit Russia for talks with Putin

PYONGYANG, April 23 (Xinhua) -- Top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong Un will soon pay a visit to Russia, Korean Central News Agency reported Tuesday.

During the visit, which is at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kim will have talks with the Russian president, said the report.
