Car rams into more than 10 children in Japan's Shiga Prefecture: NHK

TOKYO, May 8 (Xinhua) -- A vehicle has rammed into more than 10 children from a nursery school in western Japan, local media reported Wednesday.

According to Japan's public broadcaster NHK, the children were struck by the motorist at an intersection in Ostu City, Shiga Prefecture.

Rescue services and police are attending the scene.
