TOKYO, June 24 (Xinhua) -- Tokyo stocks rose marginally Monday.
The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average ended up 27.35 points, or 0.13 percent, from Friday at 21,285.99.
The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange finished 1.84 points, or 0.12 percent, higher at 1,547.74.
Gainers were led by textile and apparel, oil and coal product, and marine transportation issues.
