NEW DELHI, June 25 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo arrived in New Delhi late Tuesday for a three-day official visit, said sources in the Ministry of External Affairs.
During the visit, Pompeo is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on Wednesday.
Pompeo's visit will be an important opportunity for both sides to continue high-level engagement on matters of mutual interest including bilateral, regional, and global issues, said an official statement issued by External Affairs Ministry.
