KIEV, July 2 (Xinhua) -- An L-39 aircraft crashed during the training flight in Kharkiv region, northeast of Ukraine, reported the air force Kharkiv national university on its official Facebook page on Tuesday.
"While performing yet another training flight on L-39 airplane, the third-year cadet of the air force Kharkiv national university had an incident. The pilot reported the incident and got the order to eject. The cadet got in touch after the incident and reported that he was not hurt and his health state was fine," said the university's Facebook page.
The plane fell into the field near the village of Staroverovka. The causes of the accident will be investigated by a special commission.
