First Ebola patient in DRC dies

GOMA, July 16 (Xinhua) -- The first Ebola patient in Goma, capital of the province of North Kivu, in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo has died, local authorities have said.

Carly Nzanzu, the governor of North Kivu, announced on Tuesday the death of the person tested positive for Ebola.
