BANGKOK, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- The Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters on Monday held an anti-terrorism Table Top Exercise (TTX) for Southeast Asian nations and their dialogue partners in Chonburi Province, eastern Gulf of Thailand.
Col. Chatrapee Poonsri, deputy spokesperson of the Thai Armed Forces, said its Counter Terrorists Operations Center (CTOC) organized the TTX exercise at the Center for Strategic Studies on Sept. 2-4.
She said the drill is aimed at informing and sharing data with partner nations including Southeast Asia.
Participants were from 10 Southeast Asian nations and eight dialogue partners - India, China, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Russia.
"We will resort to comprehensive and systematic analyses and resolution of threats and studying one another's relevant operations," said Col. Chatrapee. "The main point is to foster strong network."
