LONDON, Sept. 7 (Xinhua) -- A 21-year-old man from northern England appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court in London on Saturday on terrorism charges following an investigation by Counter Terrorism Police.
Anwar Driouich of Middlesbrough was charged in court with an offence of making or possessing explosives under suspicious circumstances.
Driouich had already been charged with seven counts of possession of documents or records likely to be useful to a person preparing or committing an act of terrorism we following his arrest in North London on Saturday, Aug. 31.
He will next appear at the Old Bailey in London on Oct. 4.
