NEW YORK, Sept. 10 (Xinhua) -- A group of Chinese outsourcing companies have expressed interests in bagging orders from U.S. companies at the third Annual Digitalization Convergence Conference.
The companies from northeast China's Heilongjiang Province set up a booth on Tuesday at the venue of the conference.
"We are looking forward to taking offshore orders on call center services, among others," said He Minghui, head of the Sunrising HR Company Limited (Sunrising HR).
He said his company plans to set up subsidiaries in both the United States and Europe to take offshore orders in the future.
Chinese outsourcing companies shall find a local bridge and partner which understands business and could navigate language and cultural differences, said Frank Casale, founder of the Outsourcing Institute and the Institute for Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence.
The sales and marketing of Chinese outsourcing companies in the United States should be run by local people with local faces, said Casale in an interview with Xinhua.
A local partner can help Chinese outsourcing companies build up trust and market reputation, said Charles Wang, an industry insider and senior advisor to the Outsourcing Institute.
