ISLAMABAD, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- A blast hit Pakistan's southwestern Chaman district on Saturday, leaving at least one person killed and nine others injured, police said.
According to Chaman police officials, a vehicle of local political leader came under attack near Taj road area of Chaman, a district in southwestern Balochistan province.
Rescue teams, police and security forces had reached the site and shifted the injured to nearby hospital.
Local reports said that the explosives were planted in a motorcycle which was parked in the area.
No group has claimed the attack yet.
