ULAN BATOR, Oct. 7 (Xinhua) -- Mongolian Prime Minister Ukhnaa Khurelsukh will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan from Thursday to Saturday at the invitation of his Kazakh counterpart Askar Mamin, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia said Monday.
During his visit, Khurelsukh is expected to hold talks with Mamin on expanding bilateral ties and cooperation in various sectors such as politics, trade, economy, investment, culture and education, the ministry said in a statement.
In addition, the Mongolian prime minister is scheduled to attend the Mongolia-Kazakhstan Business Forum in the Kazakh capital city of Nur-Sultan, it said.
Khurelsukh will become the first Mongolian prime minister to visit Kazakhstan in 25 years.
