Car bomb blast rocks outside district office in E. Afghanistan: official

MEHTARLAM, Afghanistan, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- Several people were feared killed and injured after a car bomb blast rocked outside administrative office in Alishing district in Afghanistan's eastern Laghman province on Wednesday, the provincial government spokesman said.
