Putin calls for inclusive dialogue between Kurds, Syrian gov't

SOCHI, Russia, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) -- It is of great importance for the Syrian government and the Kurds living in the northeast of the country to engage in a broad dialogue that would realize the interests of this ethnic group as an integral part of the Arab republic, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday, following the talks with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
