WINDHOEK, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- Namibia's national football team has a tight schedule for their 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying campaign, as they are scheduled to face two teams in five days.

Namibia's first qualifier is against Chad in Windhoek on Wednesday, before traveling to Conakry to take on Guinea on Sunday.

Coach Bobby Samaria named 28 players ahead of their Group A AFCON 2021 qualifiers.

Returning to the fold after the 2019 AFCON finals are England-based defender Ryan Nyambe and Riaan Hanamub of Jomo Cosmos (South Africa).

Zambia-based midfielder Benjamin Nenkavu also returns, while up front, Panduleni Nekundi joins Joslin Kamatuka, Captain Peter Shalulile, and Benson Shilongo.

"It is a big game for us to play our first AFCON qualifier at home. Home games matter so much and we need to show up to ensure we get the job done," Samaria said.

"As for Ryan, he will be making his home debut, and it is important that with the help from his teammates, he settles in quick and does the job for his country," Samaria added.

Namibia is in Group A alongside Chad, Mali and Guinea.
