WARSAW, Dec.11 (Xinhua) -- The Polish striker Arkadiusz Milik, who led Napoli to victory over Genk in Champions League on Tuesday, believes that the massive win will be a turning point for his team.

In the last game of the group phase "Partenopei" needed just one point to advance into the next round. The Italian side smashed Genk 4-0, mainly thanks to Arkadiusz Milik as the Pole scored three goals before the break.

"This is my first hat-trick in Napoli, I am extremely happy. And for the first time Napoli player scored a hat-trick in the Champions League, it's special. Especially in this difficult moment that we go through as a team. As we know, we had problem with winning", Milik was quoted as saying by the Polish TV Polsat Sport.

"Now we celebrate the beautiful moment. We believe that all bad moments will go away. We focus only on our game, we try not to think about anything else. It's a beautiful evening for us and our fans", added the striker.

Milik also commented his feat on his Instagram official account. "Three goals, hundred smiles, thousand hugs, lot of happiness. Qualification and hat trick. I couldn't dream more amazing Champions League night than that. I want to dedicate it to all Napoli fans", wrote the player.

Although Napoli have secured the second place in Group E behind Liverpool, the president of the club Aurelio De Laurentiis decided to sack coach Carlo Ancelotti.

"Thank you for the support you gave me. You make me grow as a footballer and as a man. I wish you all the best", claimed Milik on Instagram.
