Russia, Turkey to assist Libyan conflicting parties in implementing Moscow agreements: Lavrov

MOSCOW, Jan. 13 (Xinhua) -- Turkish and Russian representatives will assist the Libyan conflicting sides in the implementation of the agreements negotiated during the ceasefire talks in Moscow on Monday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
