Helicopter carrying Philippine police chief crashes near Manila, no casualties reported

MANILA, March 5 (Xinhua) -- A police helicopter carrying Philippine National Police chief General Archie Gamboa and other police officers crashed on Thursday during take-off in Laguna province, south of Manila. No casualties were reported.
