MALABO, March 19 (Xinhua) -- Equatorial Guinea on Wednesday reported a new case of COVID-19, bringing the total to four, according to a statement from the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.
The new case involve a 32-year-old Equatorial Guinean woman. She took the same flight of Ceiba International Airlines on Friday from Madrid to Malabo, the capital of Equatorial Guinea, as the three previous cases of the country.
Equatorial Guinea has suspended all international flights since Sunday, and has closed all borders except for cargo planes and vessels, in order to contain further spread of the virus.
