JAKARTA, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- The COVID-19 cases in Indonesia rose by 3,737 within one day to 210,940, with the death toll adding by 88 to 8,544, the Health Ministry said on Friday.

According to the ministry, 2,707 more people were discharged from hospitals, bringing the total number of recovered patients to 150,217.

The virus has spread to all the country's 34 provinces.

Specifically, within the past 24 hours, Jakarta recorded 964 new cases, Central Java 566, East Java 362, West Java 272 and Riau 182.

No more new positive cases were found in East Nusa Tenggara province. Enditem
