Death toll from Typhoon Vamco rises to 69 in Philippines

Houses are destroyed by Typhoon Vamco in Rizal Province, the Philippines, Nov. 16, 2020. Typhoon Vamco, which ransacked the country from Wednesday to Thursday, triggered severe flooding and landslides in many parts of the main island of Luzon.
