6.2-magnitude quake hits Indonesia's East Java, no tsunami warning issued

JAKARTA, May 21 (Xinhua) -- A 6.2-magnitude earthquake jolted Indonesia's East Java on Friday at 7:09 p.m. local time, but with no potential for a tsunami, according to the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency.

The epicenter was monitored at 57 km southeast of Blitar district at a depth of 110 km. Enditem
