MOSCOW, March 25 (Xinhua) -- One person was killed and another two injured after a helicopter fell into a lagoon in the country's Baltic semi-exclave of Kaliningrad on Thursday, local media reported.
Three people were on board the Ka-32 chopper that belongs to the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
