A dragon boat race is held in Taipei, southeast China's Taiwan, May 30, 2017. More than 100 dragon boat teams took part in the race to celebrate the Duanwu Festival, or the Dragon Boat Festival. The Duanwu Festival is traditionally celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar in memory of the death of poet Qu Yuan during the Warring States period between 475 and 221 BC.
