BERLIN, June 13 (Xinhua) -- Police in Germany's Munich City said that several people, including a police officer, were injuired in a shooting at the Munich subway station Tuesday.
A man was arrested for the attack, which occurred at the Unterfoehring station of Tram Line 8, according to updated information on the social webpage of the Munich police.
The subway station was evacuated, the tram line was suspended and the surrounding area of the station was cordoned off following the incident.
Local police so far has not deemed the incident a terror attack.
