5.0-magnitude quake hits 168km SSE of Ohonua, Tonga -- USGS

NEW YORK, Jan. 13 (Xinhua) -- A 5.0-magnitude earthquake jolted 168 km SSE of Ohonua, Tonga at 21:32:36 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 22.7022 degrees south latitude and 174.2464 degrees west longitude.
