KUWAIT CITY, Jan. 20 (Xinhua) -- Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah condemned on Sunday a car bomb attack against a police academy in Bogota, Colombia.
The emir voiced condemnation of the terrorist act that targeted the innocents and disrupted the country's security and stability, in a cable of condolences sent to the Colombian President Ivan Duque.
The emir reiterated that Kuwait decries all forms of terrorism, and stands side by side with Colombia in all security measures to fight such criminal acts.
He also wished swift recovery of the injured.
The car bombing occurred on Thursday morning, killing at least 21 people and wounded dozens of others.
