MUMBAI, Jan. 23 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened flat with positive note on Wednesday. All sectoral indices were giving mixed trends, with gains visible among consumption and pharmaceuticals, while automobiles were showing minor signs of pressure.
The benchmark S&P, BSE Sensex opened at 36,468.52, 23.88 points or 0.07 percent up compared to its previous close at 36,444.64.
