Dollar changes hands around 110 yen line in early trade in Tokyo

TOKYO, Feb. 7 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands around the 110 yen line in early deals in Tokyo on Thursday, largely in line with its levels in New York overnight.

As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 110.01-02 yen compared with 109.91-110.01 yen in New York and 109.66-67 yen at 5 p.m. on Wednesday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1365-1366 dollars and 125.06-07 yen against 1.1357-1367 dollars and 124.92-125.02 yen in New York and 1.1388-1390 dollars and 124.88-92 yen in late Wednesday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
