NAIROBI, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- Kenya Junior rugby team will put its best foot forward against Tunisia in the 2019 U-20 Africa Championships, which will be staged in Nairobi from April 4 to 7.

Jimmy Mnene, Kenyan's team manager, believes the team has the capacity to challenge for the trophy, which will see the winner seal the ticket to represent Africa at the Junior World Rugby Trophy in Brazil.

"We have to believe in our boys and hope they will stand tall and thwart their opponent's attempts to humiliate them at home," Mnene said here on Wednesday.

Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) on Wednesday released the fixtures of the four-nation tournament, which will see champions Namibia open their account against West African side Senegal, after which Tunisia will face host Kenya.

The losers of the first matches will battle it out to secure third place as the two winners clash for title.
