ISLAMABAD, July 21 (Xinhua) -- A blast that took place at the main gate of a public hospital in Pakistan's northwest district of Dera Ismail Khan on Sunday morning left at least 10 people injured, local media reported.
According to the reports, the blast hit the gate when several people, including patients and employees, were entering the hospital.
The nature of the blast is not known yet.
