KIEV, July 21 (Xinhua) -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday gave his vote during snap parliamentary elections while calling for an honest and effective parliament.
As for a possible coalition, Zelensky noted that he would like to form it with new politicians.
"Only new faces, we do not see a coalition with anyone from the old power. But we do not know which particular parties will go to parliament, so we will decide after the (election) results," said Zelensky at the polling station in Kiev.
The parliamentary elections set for Sunday were originally scheduled for October 27 this year.
