Taiyuan, Sept. 24, 2019(Xinhua) -- Sweet and sour fish is a signature dish at the Linxiangzhai Restaurant in Taiyuan, north China's Shanxi Province. The dish made by Kuang Maocai, a chef of the Linxiangzhai Restaurant back then, became popular in the 1960s. Young chefs try to make innovation on traditional dishes with more options in ingredients and more advanced cooking facilities.
