LUSAKA, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- Zambia's public broadcaster said on Friday that it has benefited greatly from its partnerships with the Chinese media.
Richard Mwanza, Director-General of the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation said when a delegation from China Jiangxi Radio and Television Media Group paid a courtesy call on him that collaborations with Chinese media have done a lot in capacity building.
The state-broadcaster reported that it can also learn from the group on how to expand its presence on social media platforms.
Zeng Guanghui, president of the group, said the partnership with the Zambia broadcaster would benefit both institutions in several ways such as advertisement.
He further said the group could also promote Zambia's tourism in China through its channels, adding that the Zambia broadcaster can also learn from the Chinese firm to grow its revenue through advertising and marketing.
