Tomas Bobcek opened the scoring for Ruzomberok in the 39th minute, before Sporar's shot from the edge of the area bounced in off the post late in the game to help the defending champions walk off with a draw.

Zilina are second to Bratislava on goal difference after a 1-0 win over Sered. The 18-year-old Jan scored the game's only goal in the first minute of play, ending Sered's streak of five draws.

Third-placed Dunajska Streda extended their lead over Spartak Trnava to five points thanks to a 2-1 win in a clash between the two traditional rivals.

Newly-promoted Pohronie ended their three-game losing streak with a 2-2 draw against Michalovce. Pohronie managed to draw the game with a late goal by Michal Klec despite being one man short, as defender Yusuf Mainge was sent off for two yellow cards.

Senica secured a comfortable 4-1 victory over bottom side Nitra, for whom this was their third successive defeat.

Trencin remain without a victory in the Fortuna Liga since August, after the sixth-placed side drew 2-2 with Zlate Moravce.
