NANJING, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) -- The 2019 Sino-German Cooperation Summit on Intelligent Manufacturing concluded Wednesday with a total contracted investment of 20 billion yuan (about 2.8 billion U.S. dollars).
Seven major project contracts have been signed and four others were launched at this year's summit, centering on future network, intelligent manufacturing and technological industrial innovation, according to the organizers.
The two-day event has attracted more than 500 scientists and entrepreneurs from home and abroad seeking all-round cooperation in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
Co-organized by the Nanjing Future Science and Technology City and the Fraunhofer Society, the summit has been held annually since 2016 in Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province, aiming at promoting bilateral technological exchanges and industrial incubation.
