Direct flight links Chinese tourist city with Seoul

The flight, operated by Air Seoul, will fly every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, with a flying time of about three hours and 20 minutes, according to the Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport.

CHANGSHA, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) -- A direct flight was launched on Wednesday connecting the tourist city of Zhangjiajie in central China's Hunan Province, and Seoul, the capital city of the Republic of Korea.

The flight, operated by Air Seoul, will fly every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, with a flying time of about three hours and 20 minutes, according to the Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport.

Zhangjiajie is a well-known Chinese tourist destination. The Wulingyuan scenic area in the city is on the World Natural Heritage List of UNESCO.

Zhangjiajie airport has connecting flights with several east and southeast Asian countries.
