3 killed in suicide attack targeting governor's motorcade in E. Afghan province

MAIDAN SHAR, Afghanistan, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- At least three people were killed as a suicide bomber targeted a convoy of the governor of the eastern Wardak province on Sunday, an Afghan official said on the condition of anonymity.
