BEIJING, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- A symposium to promote the development of the commercial space industry and the construction of space information infrastructure along the Belt & Road will be held in Xi'an, capital of northwest China's Shaanxi Province, on Oct. 31.
The second Silkroad Commercial Space Symposium is also a part of the Global Hard & Core Technology Conference organized by the Xi'an government.
Officials, entrepreneurs and space experts from the Belt & Road countries will have discussions on how to further expand the application of commercial space technology and how to effectively integrate commercial space industry resources.
Lectures and a space exhibition will be held at the symposium. The organizer will also announce a list of the top 30 Chinese commercial space enterprises during the symposium.
