The 36-year-old Brazilian has been teaching Portuguese language courses at Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies since 2017. She believes that working as a foreign language lecturer in China helps her know more about the country and its people. Keyth knew nothing about the Chinese language two years ago, but she is now able to communicate with the students in simple Chinese. According to Keyth, "I'm having a good time here in China!" is among the newest Chinese sentences she has learnt these days.
