Chinese Vice Premier Han Zheng, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and head of the leading group for promoting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, presides over a meeting on promoting the development of the economic belt during his research tour in the city of Ma'anshan, east China's Anhui Province, Nov. 12, 2019.
