Chinese-built projects become landmarks in Liberia cities

MONROVIA, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- Modern buildings and transport infrastructure aided and built by Chinese firms have become landmark projects in Liberia's cities.

The following are some of the projects that demonstrate ever strengthening ties between the west African nation and China. During a recent visit to Liberia by a Chinese delegation led by senior legislator Wu Weihua, Wu said China-Liberia ties are enjoying positive development, and China stands ready to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the West African nation in various areas so as to benefit peoples of the two countries.
