BEIRUT, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- Lebanon's state security arrested on Wednesday four human smugglers, the National News Agency (NNA) reported.
The network works on smuggling people from Lebanon to Syria in return for money, NNA said.
The four arrested smugglers were referred to judicial bodies for further investigations and legal procedures.
The Lebanese security forces have been trying to crack down on smuggling of people and products in areas close to the border with Syria.
