JINAN, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- All 11 miners trapped inside a coal mine in eastern China's Shandong Province have been lifted to safety as of 10:18 a.m. Thursday, according to local authorities.
The miners have been sent to the hospital and are in stable condition.
