Chinese premier sends congratulatory letter to int'l conference on improving business environment

BEIJING, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang sent a congratulatory letter on Friday to the opening ceremony of the High-level International Conference on Doing Business Practice and Reforms held in Beijing.

China has effectively stimulated its market vitality in recent years by deeper reforms to streamline administration, delegate powers, and improve regulation and services, and has put great emphasis on optimizing the business environment, Li said in the letter.

China will further promote modernization of its governance system and capacity, accelerate building a market-oriented, internationalized business environment based on rule of law, he said.

The country will make constant efforts to open up wider, give equal treatment to enterprises of different ownerships registered in China and intensify the protection of intellectual property rights to provide a better environment for market entities to invest and innovate, Li stressed.
