BEIJING, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- A senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official Tuesday called for efforts to break new ground in improving civic morality and promoting patriotic education.
Huang Kunming, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the remarks at a teleconference on implementing the outlines for boosting civic morality and patriotic education.
Both outlines were issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council recently.
