Acting on tipoff, the security forces' artillery targeted the Taliban group's hideout in Charbolak district on Friday evening, killing five armed insurgents including their commander Gul Nabi on the spot, the official asserted.

Without providing more details, Rezai stated that the security forces would continue to strike the insurgents elsewhere in the country.
