State Council appoints, removes officials

BEIJING, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- The State Council announced the appointment and removal of officials Saturday.

Zhu Yonglei was appointed deputy head of the National Radio and Television Administration.

Luo Huining was appointed director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, replacing Wang Zhimin.
