UAE crown prince, Putin discuss regional, international issues over phone

DUBAI, Jan. 11 (Xinhua) -- Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a phone call from Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday.

"During a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, we discussed regional and international issues as well as the strengthening of bilateral ties," the crown prince of Abu Dhabi said on his official Twitter account.

"We spoke about recent developments and the importance of maintaining regional security and resolving issues though dialogue," he added. Enditem
