BEIJING, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- Spanish dance drama "Flamenco Reborn" will be staged at the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) in Beijing from Jan. 21 to 22.
Performed by Barcelona Flamenco Ballet, the drama integrates three dance styles, including jazz, contemporary and flamenco, said an introduction on the NCPA website.
The dancers are expected to constantly reconstruct the ambiances they produce onstage during the performance.
In addition, the relationship between performers and the audience is found to be "reborn" or reclaimed as the performance and spirits of the dancers and musicians become more liberated, said the NCPA.
The drama was directed and choreographed by young performer David Gutiérrez Molina, who is also the lead dancer.
